Is there an activation fee?

Yes, the activation fee is a one-time charge of $36.  Keep in mind the activation fees are paid at the time your order is placed. An Activation Fee is charged each time CREDO Mobile activates a new device on the network, including exchanges. 

How Do I Place an Order?

Looking to start service with CREDO, go on our website and place your order today!

To purchase your device without installments:

  1.  Click Shop
  2. Select No Contract Plan
  3. Select the desired device

To purchase a device having monthly installments:

  1.  Click Shop
  2. Select Installment Plan
  3. Select the desired device

  1. Select the color
  2. The Payment Options show the price for month if you selected the Installment Plan or the full price for the device if you selected the No Contract Plan. NOTE: some promotional codes are only applicable when Installment Plan is selected.
  3. You can select to add Device Protection Plan to your device for a monthly fee or you can opt out of the Device Protection Plan
  4. Add the device to your cart

If you are a new customer placing an order for the first time, click Continue As New Customer, if you are a returning CREDO customer click Log In

Next choose your service plan

  1. Select the number of lines you will have on your plan
  2. Select the amount of data you need (note: data restarts each month)

You have now made it to the shopping cart and are ready to check out.  Look over your cart to make sure everything looks correct

  1. Check the Plan that you selected, is it enough data?
  2. Check the number of lines that you selected to be on your Plan
  3. This will be the amount of your monthly bill
  4. This is the amount you owe today, this amount includes any activation fees, devices purchased and taxes on the device
  5. Enter your zip code to ensure there is service in your area
  6. Check Out

  2. Enter your shipping address
  3. Enter your form of payment
  4. Enter the phone numbers you plan to bring to CREDO
  5. Review your order and place your order to become a member of the CREDO family!

Shipping of Device Upon Placement of Order

  • CREDO Mobile ships devices to members upon order.  We use FedEx to ship and do not require a signature for delivery. In most cases FedEx will leave a package at the door.  FedEx and CREDO Mobile are not able to ship to a PO Box.  An email with tracking information is sent (If CREDO does not have an email address, you will not receive this notification). FedEx ships anywhere within the United States with the exceptions of Guam and the US Virgin Islands. Packages are shipped from CREDO's warehouse. One Day (Overnight) is not available when shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.  Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been sent to the warehouse.
  • The cut off time for shipping same day is 1:40 ET, Monday through Friday.
  • Standard shipping is 2 business days (Free)
  • One Day Shipping is $16.99 (Monday – Friday)
  • On Fridays, Overnight Shipping with Saturday Delivery is available for $32.99 
  • Accessory only prices are free for standard shipping (2 business days) and $16.99 for overnight
