Every iPhone® comes with one year of hardware repair coverage through its limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary support. AppleCare+ for iPhone extends your coverage to two years from the original purchase date of your iPhone and adds up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage, each subject to a service fee plus applicable tax.
AppleCare+ can be purchased directly from CREDO Mobile within the first 24 hours of your device order. To purchase, please contact CREDO Customer Support or call 800-411-0848.
If you are unable to purchase AppleCare+ within the first 24 hours, it will be available to you 60 days after your purchase date from any Apple Retail Store or by calling the AppleCare Contact Center.
- To purchase AppleCare+ from an Apple Retail Store, a specialist must verify your iPhone purchase date and confirm that the phone has no pre-existing damage.
- To purchase AppleCare+ from the AppleCare Contact Center, you will be required to verify your purchase date and run a diagnostic to confirm that your phone has no pre-existing damage.
