Paying your bill

There are a number of ways you can access and pay your bill. Quickly and easily make a one-time payment by selecting one of the bill pay options below. Interested in enrolling in autopay? (Pro-tip: If you have Unlimited Data, you can save $5/mo when you enroll in autopay.)

Pay your bill in Member Services

  1. Log in to Member Services
  2. On the main page, click the Make a Payment button
  3. Enter your Payment Amount
  4. If you prefer to, round up your bill to the nearest $1, $5 or $10
  5. Select your Payment Date
  6. Click Make Payment
  7. Select your Payment Method
  8. Select Continue
  9. Review your payment details and click Submit Payment

Pay your bill with a short code

Prior to paying your bill via short code, be sure you have saved a payment method in your Member Services account. If you’ve already saved your payment there, you can pay your bill with your device by utilizing the following short code:

Text keyword PAY, the last four digits of your saved credit card number and the dollar amount you’d like to pay to 27336.

Example: PAY 1384 72.17

Please keep in mind that no matter how you choose to pay, it can take up to two days for your payment to post to your account.
