Your online bill is packed with information about your monthly plan, data usage and more. You may access your e-bill through the monthly billing statement sent to your email address on file each month or by logging in to the member services portal:
- Login to Member Services
- Select Billing & Payment
- Select View Last Bill (PDF) - This will pop up your most recent bill in PDF version
Why is my bill different this month?
- You have received partial charges due to mobile plan changes that you made in the previous billing period
- Product and services purchases that you made in the previous billing period
- Promotional credits or discounts can take 2 or 3 billing periods to be applied to your bill
- Promotional credits or discounts that you were receiving have expired
- Taxes on promotional items that are not normally on your bill monthly
