If you’re not happy with your CREDO Mobile device, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of your order date. In order to return or exchange your device, you must first call our Member Support team to obtain pre-authorization. Please keep in mind that in order to return the device it must be undamaged and in like-new condition. Any devices returned in damaged condition will be charged the full retail price. All returns will be charged a $36 restocking fee per returned device.
How to prepare your phone for a return
If the device you are returning or exchanging is an iPhone® or Android, it is critical that you remove all account information from the device, prior to CREDO accepting it for return.
If you do not wipe your phone and turn off Find My iPhone prior to sending it back, you may be charged a $50 processing fee to cover the effort of working with you to turn off the feature remotely. If we are unable to reach you to assist us in turning off the Find My iPhone, you will be charged the full retail price of the phone.
Please follow these steps to turn off Find my iPhone first:

Be sure to do this for each Google account if you have multiple accounts.
How to return or exchange your device
Once you have followed the steps above and obtained pre-authorization for your return or exchange from our Member Support team, you will receive an email with instructions for how to complete the return . Please keep in mind:
- You must return the device and accessories within 14 days of the return authorization, or your account will be billed the full retail price of the item you are returning.
- Devices must be received in undamaged, like-new conditions within 30 days of your order date to be eligible for a return.
- When you return or exchange your device, you must include the original packaging, in addition to any accessories that were included (such as headphones or chargers.)
- If you have an iPhone or Android device, you must turn off Find my iPhone and remove all account related data prior to returning it to CREDO.
