Username and Password Management

Has it been a while since you logged into Member Services? It’s okay if you forgot your password, or your username. This article will help you retrieve your info and access your account.

  Click on Forgot Password hyperlink


1. Enter the email address associated with your CREDO Mobile account.

2. Click Look Up Account


3. Click OK for a password reset link to be emailed 

4. Check your email inbox for the email that contains instructions on resetting your password

Forgot your username? 

For members who registered for Member Services prior to March 2014, your login information will be associated with the primary phone number on your mobile account. For members who registered after this date, this is the email address you used to register.


  • Members can attempt to reset their password 6 times before being locked out.
  • The account will be locked for 1 hour and you will be able to try again after the lock expires.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot remove the lock for you and will advise to wait the hour and retry.
