Our Forgiveness Policy

Natural disasters are tragic and becoming all too frequent. It is our hope to reduce any unnecessary pain for members impacted. We extend our forgiveness policy to those geographically affected by natural disasters.

We identify forgiveness eligible CREDO Mobile members by using the billing zip code and area code listed on the account. The forgiveness policy is then proactively placed on affected accounts for 30 days.
