Step 1: Getting Started

What do I need to do to start enjoying my new network?

It is SO simple and fast!   We just need to replace the SIM card that is in your current phone.

What is a SIM card?   A SIM card is a small data card that was inserted into your phone during your last activation.   The SIM card pairs your device with your mobile phone number, account, and the network you have.

Why do I have to change my SIM Card?  Exchanging your SIM card will allow your device to recognize the new expanded network.

How long will it take for your new Sim card to arrive?  Once the SIM is ordered, it takes 2-5 business days

Before activating the new SIM, you should decide if you want to keep any existing voicemail messages. Your voicemail is replaced in the upgrade so existing messages will be lost.

Voicemail Backup

One method of saving your voicemail messages if desired is to be able to play your voicemail over your phone speaker, while recording the message on another recording device. This is the preferred method for Androids users.

For iPhone users, see additional options here.
