What do I need to do to start enjoying my new phone and new network?

It is SO simple and fast!   We just need to get your new phone and new SIM card ordered and then activated. Your new SIM card will allow you to upgrade to the nation’s largest, most reliable 4G LTE and most advanced 5G nationwide network!  

What is a SIM card and why do I need one?  A SIM card is a small data card that was inserted into your phone during your last activation.  The SIM card pairs your device with your mobile phone number, account, and the network. Installing your new SIM card will allow your new device to recognize the new expanded network.

How long will it take for your new phone and new SIM card to arrive?  Once the order is placed, it takes 2-3 business days to arrive.  Your new phone and new network SIM card will be shipped together. 

How long does this process take?    Before receiving your new phone, you'll want to backup your phone and data.  Once your new phone and SIM card has arrived, the activation process can take up to 45 minutes.  Once activation is complete, you'll want to walk through first time phone setup steps.  Your current phone will continue to work throughout this entire process.   We will walk you through every step of the process, and our expert Network Team is standing by to assist if you have any questions!
