Authorized Users

You have the option to add Authorized Users to your CREDO account to provide other individuals additional access to the account. The authorized user role has access to account information including account number and can manage all lines of service on the account except assigning or removing other Authorized Users, changing the account’s password or contact information, making a handset insurance claim, or closing the account.

You must contact CREDO customer service at 800-411-0848 to have an authorized user placed on the account.
