Here at CREDO Mobile, we are upgrading our network to make our service even better! With the network upgrade you will have a first-class experience and the largest 5G network with fast 4G and 5G coverage nationwide.
Action is required on your part for each phone number on the account. The upgrade process is easy and only takes minutes.
To complete the network upgrade on the phone number(s) on your account, simply login to Member Services and follow the steps. We have provided step-by-step instructions on our Help Desk on how to complete the network upgrade on your Member Services account.
Make sure to backup any voicemails that you want saved before upgrading the network. Any voicemails not backed up before upgrading the network will be lost.
We recommend you complete the network upgrade via eSIM. If your device is not compatible
there will be a pop-up that notifies you. You would then be able to complete the network upgrade
via physical SIM card.
If your device is not eSIM compatible you can complete the network upgrade via physical SIM.
