You have the option to add Authorized Users to your CREDO account to provide other individuals additional access to the account. The authorized user role can activate a new phone, make a payment, and device troubleshoot.
The Authorized User must be assigned by the Account Holder.
Note the following exceptions:
- CAN NOT assign or remove other Authorized Users
- CAN NOT change the account’s password or contact information
- CAN NOT make a handset insurance claim
- CAN NOT place any order (device, SIM, etc) on the account
- CAN NOT change plans or features
- CAN NOT acquire port out information
- CAN NOT close the account or disconnect service(s)
You must contact CREDO customer service at 800-411-0848 to have an authorized user placed on the account.
