Your Online Bill at a Glance

Your online bill is packed with information about your monthly plan, data usage and more. You may access your e-bill through the monthly billing statement sent to your email address on file each month or by logging in to the member services portal:

  1. Login to Member Services
  2. Select Billing & Paymentmceclip0.png
  3. Select View Last Bill (PDF) - This will pop up your most recent bill in PDF versionmceclip1.png

Why is my bill different this month?

  • You have received partial charges due to mobile plan changes that you made in the previous billing period
  • Product and services purchases that you made in the previous billing period
  • Promotional credits or discounts can take 2 or 3 billing periods to be applied to your bill
  • Promotional credits or discounts that you were receiving have expired
  • Taxes on promotional items that are not normally on your bill monthly
