Below is step-by-step guide on how to activate your network upgrade physical SIM card.
Be sure you have the network upgrade physical SIM card you received in the mail and the device you wish to activate in your possession.
Make sure to backup any voicemails that you want saved before upgrading the network. Any voicemails not backed up before upgrading the network will be lost.
- Beside your phone number > Select Activate Network Upgrade SIM
- Enter your Device IMEI 1
- You can find your device IMEI 1 in settings
- Power off your device
- Enter your network upgrade SIM number (do not enter the letter at end of the SIM number)
- Remove your existing SIM card and replace with your upgrade SIM card
- Submit Request, power on your device, and follow the activation prompts
- While the network upgrade is in progress your Member Services main screen will display a message Your Network Upgrade Is In Process
- Once the network upgrade is complete your Member Services page under your phone number will display Quick Links
- Your network upgrade is now complete!!
