Below is step-by-step guide on how to activate your network upgrade physical SIM card.
Be sure you have the network upgrade physical SIM card you received in the mail and the device you wish to activate in your possession.
Make sure to backup any voicemails that you want saved before upgrading the network. Any voicemails not backed up before upgrading the network will be lost.
- Login to your account at www.credomobile.com/sign-in. Scroll down on the main page to the number you are upgrading.
- Beside your phone number > Select Activate Network Upgrade SIM
- Enter your Device IMEI 1
- Apple - Go to Settings - General - About
- Android - Go to Settings - About Phone
- Enter your network upgrade SIM number (do not enter the letter at end of the SIM number)
- Remove your existing SIM card and replace with your upgrade SIM card
- Submit Request
- While the network upgrade is in progress your Member Services main screen will display a message Your Network Upgrade Is In Process
- Turn off your device
- Remove the old SIM card
- Install the new SIM card
- Turn your device on, depending on your device, you may be prompted for additional setup steps

UPGRADE NOTE:
The upgrade network will display as CREDO Mobile (not just CREDO) and the ICCID on your device will begin with 8901 (not 8914)
