Network Upgrade via eSIM



Below is a step-by-step guide on how to complete the network upgrade via eSIM.

eSIM is easy, completes in minutes and there is no new equipment needed.  Most devices are eSIM 

compatible.  

We recommend you complete the network upgrade via eSIM and if your device is not compatible 

there will be a popup that notifies you.  You would then be able to complete the network upgrade 

via physical SIM card.


Make sure to backup any voicemails that you want saved before upgrading the network.


Before completing steps below, remove any physical SIM card you have in your device.


  • Under each phone number on the account > Select Upgrade Network Now 



  • Select Upgrade with eSIM

 


  • Verify Device IMEI 2 displaying is your current device > Submit Request
  • You can find the IMEI 2 in the settings on your device
  • If the IMEI 2 is not correct, enter the correct IMEI 2 


  • You will receive a message on the screen letting you know the network upgrade request has been sent


  • Once the request has been processed, you will be returned to the main Member Services page
  • The upgrade takes 2-4 minutes to complete, you will see a 'Check Status' button on your screen to refresh the screen until the upgrade is complete

 



  • Once completed the QR Code will popup on the screen
  • Before scanning QR Code delete current CREDO eSIM from device before scanning new QR Code
    • Current CREDO eSIM will display as 'CREDO' beside the Network
  • You will scan the QR Code with your current device (device with IMEI 2 you submitted on previous screen) and follow the prompts on your device
    • When prompted to select activation location (Primary & Second are default names), select Primary
  • You can select the X button in the top right corner to close the screen once you are done with the QR Code


  • On the Member Services page you will see a new button that says 'Show Activation QR/Code' for you to view the QR code again if needed

 

  • Once the network upgrade is complete your Member Services page under your phone number will display Quick Links


  • Your network upgrade is now complete!!
