Below is a step-by-step guide on how to complete the network upgrade via eSIM.
eSIM is easy, completes in minutes and there is no new equipment needed. Most devices are eSIM
compatible.
Make sure to backup any voicemails that you want saved before upgrading the network. Any voicemails not backed up before upgrading the network will be lost.
Step 1: Login to Member Services at www.credomobile.com/sign-in
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the main screen and locate the phone number you are upgrading and select Upgrade Network Now
Step 3: Select Upgrade via eSIM
Step 4: Verify the IMEI2/eSIM is one on your device (most phones can dial *#06# and the IMEIs on the device will display). If you need to update the information displayed you can, do not include any spaces, just enter the numbers). Then select Submit Request.
Step 5: A message will display eSIM upgrade request has been sent successfully. Select OK.
Step 6: You're now back at the main screen and the message will display Your Network Upgrade in Process. Wait a couple minutes and select Check Status
Step 7: The QR code will display in a popup window once completed.
If you are unsure where or how to scan the QR code, below are two videos, one for Android devices and one for Apple devices that will walk you through the scan and activate process for each type of device.
- For Apple Devices - Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Plan (Add eSIM)
- For Android Devices - Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM
When prompted through the activation flow select Primary
