Most devices are eSIM compatible. We recommend you try to complete the network upgrade via eSIM and if your device is not compatible there will be a pop-up that notifies you. You would then be able to complete the network upgrade via physical SIM card.
If your device is not eSIM compatible, below is a step-by-step guide on how to complete the network upgrade via physical SIM.
You will need to first order a network upgrade SIM card and once received you will be able to activate on the upgraded network.
- Under phone number > Select Upgrade Network Now
- If your device requires a physical SIM card you will select Send a Physical SIM Card
- With this process you will be mailed a physical SIM card
- You will enter your mailing address where the physical SIM card needs to be mailed
- We cannot send to PO Boxes, it must be a physical address
- After selecting Submit Request you will see a message letting you know the network upgrade request has been sent
- This lets you know the network upgrade SIM card order has been placed and will be mailed to you
You will receive an email providing you with a tracking number for the network upgrade SIM card.
Once you receive the network upgrade SIM card, follow the instructions in the Network Upgrade via Physical SIM- Activating Upgrade SIM Card article.
